The Estate House
Estate House rentals include exclusive access of the first floor, the lakefront terrace, and the glass-enclosed Pavilion.
The Boathouse
The Boathouse offers an intimate waterfront setting for smaller events, with seating for up to 64 guests. Located on the shores of Lake Alfred, the space features expansive lake views and an outdoor deck.
